Salama Salmin Program

Through this program we ensure the wellbeing of our employees at the workplace by improving their working conditions.

We do the following:

  1. NSSF:

National Social Security Fund which is a government incentive to secure retirement funds for the working population in the country. This is a statutory obligation to all employers and is therefore necessary to be compliant.

2. We also offer Leave days:

90 days maternity leave and 14 days paternity leave

5 days compassionate leave

Maximum 30 days sick leave

With this program we also ensure that we meet the minimum wage requirements especially with the existing customers and even new ones.

This program is set to achieve the goals of both SDG 3 and 8 Good Health and wellbeing and decent work and Economic growth respectively.

The pros of this program

The Salama Salmin program has played a significant role in creating a healthy and conducive work environment for all our employees. This makes them motivated and happy.

In the long run, we also have a healthy business with the increased productivity keeping in mind that this is the right thing to do.

The program among other factors have contributed to the CST stand- alone Human Rights policy.
